Camp Details

  • Friday, July 10, 2026-Sunday, July 12, 2026. First ice at 6:00pm. Camp ends July 12 at 5:00pm.

  • Amelia Park Ice Arena, Westfield, MA

  • All female coaching staff

  • Space is limited to keep Camper:Coach ratio low

Friday

5:00 Registration Opens
6:00-8:00pm First Ice Time. Loosen up the legs and work on basic skills

Saturday

8:30-9:30 Stretching/Mobility work/Meeting
10:00-12:00 On Ice Skating drills
12:00-2:30 Off Ice individual video review sessions/Chalk Talks including topics to help you improve your game and hockey fitness.  
3:00-5:00 On Ice Individual skill stations/team concepts/small area games
5:30- Chalk Talk/Dinner

Sunday

8:30-9:30 Stretching/Foam Rolling/Mobility work
10:00-12:00 On Ice . Skill stations, small area games
12:00-2:30 Off Ice individual video review sessions/Chalk Talk/Lunch
3:00-5:00 Final Scrimmage
